Hello from Wax Labs
We started Wax Labs with a simple thesis: most AI work never ships.
Teams spend months on prototypes, pile up Jupyter notebooks, and demo something impressive — then it sits there. The gap between "works on my laptop" and "works in production" is where most ML projects go to die.
What we do
We build production AI systems. Not decks, not proofs of concept, not "strategic roadmaps." Working software that handles real traffic, real edge cases, and real failure modes.
Our products span endpoint security (Signet), AI-powered visual search (Imprint), and the first-ever software-defined fax machine (ParaFax). Different domains, same philosophy: ship something that works, then make it better.
Why "Wax Labs"
A wax seal is a mark of authenticity. It says this came from a real person, and they stand behind it. That's the bar we hold ourselves to — every product, every line of code, every deployment.
What's next
We're heads-down on a few things:
- Signet — endpoint configuration management that's light, transparent, and doesn't lock you in
- Imprint — expanding our visual search platform to new partners and industries
- ParaFax — Chrome extension launch at fax.wax.sh
If you're building something and need ML that actually ships, get in touch.
